Using a Pyramid with the OT

Ah, you’re referring to the one octave limit of chromatic mode. Some interesting workarounds here:

Chromatic mode

The chromatic mode p-locks the ‘pitch’ parameter, which goes from 0 to +12 or -12 semitones! So the answer is no, you only have one octave up and down to play with. Workarounds are using rate (in pitch mode) to pitch a sample down, or transpose/resample your chains!

Not a bad idea to keep on working with the OT for the time being. I’m intrigued by the Pyramid myself, but already have a couple of other hardware sequencers that I still need to explore in greater depth (Emu Command Station, Korg M3). I really want to make sure that I actually need the Pyramid ;).
