USB audio sharing iPad

Hello

I’m very interested by the Analog heat+fx

My goal is to use my iPad Pro with AUM
Plugged into my Iconnectivity audio2+

I used it to have my audio separated into multiple channels : drum, vocal, synth for example

Is it possible to plug via usb the analog heat+fx into my Iconnectivity (which can share audio between devices), to use the effects of the AH

For example, compressor on the drum channel, reverb on the vocal etc…

The manual of the AH says « 4 channels »

No, at least not via USB. The iConnect lets you connect two computer to it simultaneously, but it can’t connect to other “soundcards” aka audio interfaces, via USB.

You could hook up the iPad to the iConnect via USB, and then hook up the AH to the iConnect using the analog jack connectors.

Or, perhaps it’s possible to just use the AH with the iPad? I have never owned one, but the AH works as an audio interface.

So the question becomes « how many channels does the iPad detect when connected to the AH ? »

And
« Does the AH can run multiple effects in parallel ? »

This is the question about the « Suitable on individual tracks«
