So, I’m just curious… how easy is it to transfer samples, projects, songs, and everything from MK1 to MK2? What problems am i going to run into? is this actually a thing? I ask because I’m trying to upgrade and unload a RYTM and an A4 but I want to make sure before I pull the trigger that everything will go smooth. I know how to backup everything and use c6. Has anyone done this lately? Any big issues? any sound changes or was it all positive?
I recently did with Rytm, the only issue I had was one sample was pitched different, I think it may have been a transfer issue though.
Also some samples were corrupted transferring from mkI to transfer app, fortunately it was quick and easy to see them and re-transfer individually, it happened only to a small percentage of samples, when doing them individually they were fine.
