Typhon encoder question

I managed to knock my Typhon off the arm of the chair earlier while it was turned on. It just started spewing out white noise. Anyway I switched it off and realised I’ve damaged the encoder. At some positions the push switch sticks but it’s okay if I rotate it. Anyway I dug in a bit further and I’ve got some pics of the encoder. There’s no marking in the obvious places unless it’s on the underside. Once back together it seems to be working okay apart from the sticking button and stiff rotation as it must be slightly bent. It’s a through hole part so I’m happy to replace it but without markings I’m at a bit of a loss. Can any other repairers are DIYers recognise the part?

I’m sorry I don’t have a direct answer, but I’m 100% sure Dreadbox would be happy to answer this question if you contacted them. Hope someone else here can help you!

That was going to be my next port of call, just thought I’d post it here while it’s fresh. Only just happened!

Quick update. Dreadbox got back to me via email offering to send me a new encoder free of charge. They’ve also included a quick guide to replacing the part. Really can’t fault them.

So, big up Dreadbox.
