Nice one. Too bad the Digitakt sums all samples to mono, this is a clear case where the stereo image of the source samples could have made this an even better track. Beautiful work none the less.

Thank you for your reaction. Just sold my ot mk2 (swapped it for mpc live 2 retro). For me the thing is: the digitakt brings me in the flow to make this music. Mono samples is something i accept for that
And i think, 99 % dont hear anything wrong about it (i dont)

Really good track. Dig the ambience and vibe, reminds me a little of Muslimgauze from back in the day.
I’ve been making similar stuff lately, really sparse, cinematic stuff with a lot of middle eastern samples.

I sampled from Apple Music, no stem separation used, I think the origional was exactly 85 bpm or something like that. I listened the song after making music and thought… this might fit. And it did. Some chops, simple beat, I sampled my moog matriarch for bass, drums and perc from a4 mk2 and there it appeared
