Transitions with Tonverk like Octatrack

I would like to know if anyone have tips or advices to have something close to the scene and crossfader system on Octatrack to make transition with the Tonverk. Sometime I’m about to buy an octatrack to do this, but I feel it is possible with Tonverk now or maybe later with further upgrades.

You can record a quantized loop but you need to stop / start the sequencer.

Delay is 1 bar max…

But I mean something like moving the knob (instead the crossfader) which will create a transition between two states of pattern or a transition between two pattern. I don’t know if I’m clear but I would like to do the same with an octatrack

Not exactly a smooth transition like the crossfader but I got interresting effects with Direct Jump Pattern : I copied my pattern to another one and ajust parameter, then I direct jump to this one before changing to another pattern.
It’s like a temporary pattern to transit between two.

With Modulation setup (pitch bend, aftertouch, breath controller or Modwheel), you have up to 4 parameter modulations.

Octatrack transition trick is about recording a pattern, playback the recording, mix with a new pattern.

If you want to mix several tracks with 1 or 2 knobs without a recording, seems difficult with Tonverk. Octatrack crossfader can control up to 250 parameters!

sequencers on the buses are pretty useful for that. amp envelopes, fx modulations with one-shot long lfos, plenty of pages, trig conditions… you got the idea

I can see all Trigs with 0% Probability and when you’re ready for transitioning, you switch to 100%.

Works for only one track.
No Control All unfortunately.

With Digis it is possible to make transitions with Control All on Prob and Velocity, using Velocity Mod…

On / Off transition…
Still no Last condition on TV…
