Transition between patterns

Hi all.

Probably a silly question. I searched but I have doubts.
Can I assign two different patterns to the crossfader (one pattern for each scene) to mix between them?
Or do I have to sample one pattern (scene a) in order to make a smooth transition to the next one (scene b)?

You can’t assign different patterns to the cross fader, only alter the way one pattern is triggered via plocks.
To do what you want you’ll need to sample & use the cross fader trick.
