TR-1000 Elektron Pattern Change

Hi everyone,

since I updated my TR-1000, my Elektron units—the Rytm and the Octa—have been receiving the pattern change signal with a one-bar delay…

Before that, everything was fine so pattern changes worked perfectly…

Surely there are some people here using the TR-1000 with Elektron boxes, right?

It’s just sad and depressing… Instead of making music, we’re busy uncovering one bug after another. Basic functions like pattern change woawww… It really shows just how SCHLECHT the developers themselves use—or have used—these devices. It’s absolutely no wonder that parts of the community are rewriting the code…

I use a Retrokit RE-002 to send PC to my Elektron boxes from TR. All good :content:

Is this drama really necessary?

What’s your workflow? I have a blokas midihub already. Maybe I could use that to process PC?

I loaded a program (found on the web) which send the PC before the end of the pattern. It works with a fast stop/start command.
You can program your blokas to do the same. I’m sure this program already exists :wink:

It might be! I need to do some testing
