Total Tabla for Digitakt

Hello,
I have a Digitakt and I bought the Total Tabla Sound Pack, even though it is primarily for the Rytm.

So, I have no idea how the samples were arranged for the Rytm, but I figured at bare minimum I could use one voice for the Baya drum and one voice for the Tabla (Daya) drum.

Then I could per step chose which samples for the Baya and the Tabla across the two voices (tracks).
Add in conditional trigs and things could get interesting.

So, are there any Rytm users out there who own this Sound Pack?

There are 2 sets of Baya samples and 5 sets of Tabla (Daya) samples, so any advice on an approach and whether I should dedicate more than two voices to use this Sound Pack well on a Digitakt.

I loaded them all up into a single project and that has been great fun, but sort of requires external gear for any melodic sounds. I definitely enjoy the random LFO on sample plus prob trigs with panning and reverb / delay.

I like your approach and think I’ll have to try it out in a separate project. I would probably handpick the most varied samples of each drum , whichever sounds nice to me but only takes up maybe 24-36ish of the 127 project sample slots. I would probably use 4ish voices. 2 seems a little too restrictive for a drum machine

With the complex finger playing by the tabla masters, i’d say you’d need all 8 voices!
