Torso T1 Algorithmic Sequencer

Yeah, I’ve been running into this with some regularity as well. Haven’t found out what causes this yet and the only way I’ve been able to get rid of it is to start a new pattern from scratch . Haven’t seen this on the chromatic scale yet though.

Haha
I got the answer on the discord channel. You can hold pattern and change the scale to lock a scale to a pattern. And this even works for banks. My bank was locked to a scale so it seemed.

Oh wow :star_struck:, now I’m wondering why I didn’t just ask there when I ran into this.

hi Torso T1 ppl, I would like to colorize my knobs (to group similar functions) but am really not sure which knobs will work and not ‘ride high’ etc

can someone recommend some colored endless encoder knobs that work good with the T1? pref with intl shipping

Thin encoder chroma caps fits fine, as @vasidudu has done( and myself)

And how does that work for you?
It has been game changer for me for sure

Only used mine for 90mins so far. Already planning to replace the caps. Nice system you came up with! I might “borrow” it.

I would not call it a game changer, but it makes things a lot easier - visualising things helps a lot.

True enough  Might have gone OTT.

Thanks
Hope it helps your workflow.

I can’t believe I’m asking this but what size dot stickers did you use?

Just to add something useful, today I realized the T-1 is like a cv quantizer on crack. I run my Buchla Easel Command sequencer into the CV in and wow. Very useful.

I just bought a secondhand white T1 ! I had a black T1 a few months ago but I sold it to buy a Syntakt ( )…
I can’t wait to dive into it again ! For the moment, I will use it to sequence a Digitone.
I was also thinking about creating a very minimalistic but powerful set up. Do you think Drambo on an Ipad paired with a T1 could be a good idea ? I do mostly weird/glitchy/experimental/dancy ambient. I need powerful sound design possibilities with easy tweaking. I mostly work on FM synthesis. In my mind, I wouldn’t use Drambo sequencing abilities but I would just use it as a powerful digital modular synthesizer. I was also wondering if VCV Rack running on an Ipad would be a good idea ?
