In PAGE setup menu, raise “change” to 128.

I knew I was forgetting something!!! Thanks! I shouldn’t attempt to load up sets at 1am

Tonverk is slightly different than other Elektron boxes on the default behavior of PAGE Setup.
But I like it better.

I’m fine with it…just late and have too much to do before I can get some sleep  I’ve been taking the @DaveMech mastery course on DN2 and haven’t been messing with the TV as much lately. Stupid slip on my part!

Is there any progress or solution? I was just writing about this very issues I have after a week of using it . . . 5 months later. Did you asked for this in request thread?

Is Elektron still posting about their roadmap of firmwares and features to be implemented?

it was fixed in either 1.1 or 1.2

The last-used sample folder is now chosen for loading samples to Subtrack pads with Fn+Pad - an improvement that has appeared between the post you replied to (September last year) and now.

As for sample pool, that’s a DT feature that doesn’t exist on TV. If you mean the loaded samples list (Single Player), I don’t remember any improvements there.

Thanks. there has to be faster way getting your sounds to the pool. Is this being already requested? Dont want to double post in requests.

Please write a nice straightforward but complete UX in a feature request at feature-request@elektron.se !
Not sure Elektron read the Feature Requests thread…
Worth it to drop your FR in the FR thread anyway, it might be a reminder to everyone that also feel the same so they also write a love letter to Elektron

a mod saying they are unsure if elektron reads the feature request thread is a scary feel

I find it to stay in the same folder. The only pain point is if I want to change to a new folder, it seems to go back to the original folder I started picking samples from as though it is assuming I am planning to use a binned kit of samples.

Like other Elektron boxes, the Tonverk has a way to select a single sample to load directly into a slot and a “sample browser” for moving, organizing, and selecting multiple samples. You get to the browser with FUNC + SAMPLE. Like in other Elektrons, pressing right in the browser opens a menu. I’m not at my studio at the moment, but I believe after selecting samples, there‘s a “load to project” option in the menu. Or something like that. See if that works for you?

EDIT: see section 6.11 “SAMPLE BROWSER” in the Tonverk manual.

Thanks, you are correct. You can load more samples at once from sample browser. Why on Earth did I thought you can do it from the SRC as well.

I’m not working there.
You imagine reading every single message and noting requests?
Anyway, this is for Q&A, let’s go back to this.

Sorry but I can’t reproduce the digitakt Time streching method. I don’t know what I’m doying wrong…
If someone manage, could I have a specific working method of time streching for tonverk using LFO samples start ?
Thank you by advance.

Try this out:

Did the DIN MIDI protocol have synchronization issues?
On top is the Digitone 2 metronome, and below are both the Digitone 2 and the Tonverk. There’s still some latency — lighter than before, but still present and disturbing. It’s impossible to chain or synchronize with the rest of the setup… Still a few milliseconds to correct.

I’m not mistaken, that makes it 10 ms, right? So the same as before the latest update, if I’m not mistaken?

maybe someday this’ll get addressed
