thanks will check!
Has anyone done a Guitar multi sample pack. Either electric or acoustic?
An excellent sound pack.
One small suggestion how it could be improved further: On a machine that requires users jump through hoops when moving files without corrupting projects, it’s important for sound pack developers to not interfere with the user’s preferred structure for their files, because it’s hard to clean up afterwards.
I like that you added a prefix to the sounds, that is an elegant way of structuring the presets, and I also like that the pack brings its own folder for the multisamples. I wish you had adopted the same practice for the other files, too, especially for the wavetables.
Fixing the pack is simple enough, you just need to move files to subfolders and then search and replace the file paths in the tvpst files, e.g. replace /mnt/sdcard/User/Wavetables/ with /mnt/sdcard/User/Wavetables/Arctic Realm/ using an editor like notepad++ or Sublime Text or a dedicated tool like Search and Replace.
Thank you, I’m glad you like it.
That’s actually a very good suggestion, and I agree that it makes sense to add a dedicated wavetable folder as well.
When I originally started working on the pack, it only contained multisamples. The wavetable update arrived shortly before release, so I decided to put in some extra work and add wavetable support too. At that point there wasn’t even a dedicated user wavetable folder yet, and I also wasn’t aware that custom wavetable folder names were supported.
Because of that, I simply focused on getting the wavetable content included and working correctly.
I’ll update the wavetable section accordingly, add the dedicated folder structure, and upload a revised version.
Thanks for the feedback!
EDIT: I reuploaded it with an additional subfolder inside
`User → Wavetables = ARCTIC REALM - Folder.
Came across this pay what you like Buchla sound pack.
This seemed like a good place to share it.
This guy is making really nice drum kits for Tonverk:
Hi I need a poly multisampler, does Tonverk have any orchestral/strings type soundpacks out? If not does that sound unlikely?
EDIT: I reuploaded it with an additional subfolder inside
`User → Wavetables = ARCTIC REALM - Folder.
Thank you!
(Though the single sample files need to be in their own folder, too
)
Check, I also made a Singlesample subfolder in the reupload.
Brilliant, OCD crisis averted ![]()
Its most likely something Im doing wrong. Im messing around with the wavetable presets (i think)
All patches seem to have some kind of weird tuning. Nothing I play fits with the track I have going on. Is that how its supposed to be?
Also quite a number of sounds do not load, No idea why thats happening
That sounds really strange. Could you try creating a completely new project and see if the issue is still there? It’s possible that there are some unusual settings in your current project.
All of the presets should load normally and be correctly tuned. If they were all out of tune, I’m sure I would have heard about it by now.
I also deleted the pack from my TV, reinstalled it from scratch, and everything loads correctly. The tuning is correct as well.
Its OK now. I was loading sounds in to a track which must have had something on it somewhere making stuff kinda wonky. The sounds that dont play could be duplicate (ghost) files which are transferred to a PC when something is compiled on a Mac.
Update: It wasn’t the Tonverk, it was a hardware sequencer sending out midi cc data. Decent pack for the price. Will be able to use some sounds from it and that’s what matters ![]()
Does anyone have a really good TR-303 multisample?
Assuming you mean TB-303?
No, but i think that would hard to be usefully multisampled for all the possible ways it could be played and manipulated. Including different glides, decays, resonances, cutoffs, accents, etc.
You can get a decent 303 sounds using a raw (pre-filter) 303 oscillator wave file in wavefinder or single player and the filter + dirtshaper. Of course you won’t get the exact 303 filter characteristics, but you can get it to sound pretty great.
Unless you mean the MC-303 in which case that’d be a nice multisample to have!
Oops, TB-303 of course. ![]()
I’m getting nice acidic sounds from a Model D patch I multisampled then filtered etc, sounds great and really fun, but I was just interested if anyone had an OG unit for the raw tone, as generic as it may be.
I’ll end up just getting another TD-3-MO even though I sold the last one…
I made one of my electric guitar a while back. It turned out okay, but not significantly better than the guitar sample already in the TV. Dialing in the velocity layers by hand was not much fun
Hello, im new here, but recorder and auto sampler… im so blown away with this stuff, Electron guys should have Nobel Price !!!
So, i was always lacking good piano, for sketching, so i tried to make one - 3 layers of velocity, 2 step note… hope someone enjoy !!!

Just make folder in User>Multisampled Instruments and put this files in it.
I hope it will work
