My new fav is Troegs Troegenator Double Bock
I’m not one to stray far from comfortable when it comes to beer. My go-to is very boring Bud Light.
I’m a great believer in the addage if it’s good enough for a wino then it’s good enough for me, so with that said I like max strength beers like karpakie 9%, oj 8.5%, orangeboom 8.5% etc… basically anything that gets you giddy on two cans and costs 3 quid, less trips to the toilet and more money for gear…

Belgian beer is most likely to result in weirdest dreams. Nice for gloomy late autumn evenings.

the type of beer i’m going for is very situational, but I mostly base my decision on the brewery. some of my favorites are omnipollo, fieldwork, six point, anchor steam, henhouse, and laughing monk. i’m located in the sf bay area so pardon the west coast bias
