The old school MPC thread

Any of you all still prefer working on the old MPCs? I personally do. Love the 2000xl for its feel and its easy workflow. You can get the 8 out expansion or fx board so you can get FX on the sound. Something about the more limited machines works for me. I sample everything into it so no giant library of sounds to wade through. Just pick what you need and get to work. Nothing like them anymore. Closest is the sp16 but it doesn’t have the feel of the old mpc sequencers.
