Yup, was still too hot, the only solution was to really lower the Tonverk.

the internal pre on the tx6 is analog and can gain up to +42db
the M1 microphone can be used up front with the headset socket directly and that is really loud and fun to record room ambience with the line inputs, idk birds when outside

Wish they allowed it to go up to +50dB or +60dB even if it drained the battery more
