I wish there was a way to have user engines a-la NTS-1.
it doesn’t need to be a lot more but a proper drum synth (exclusively on the Z) and to keep work down, a proper way for a synth track to use „all“ available voices by excluding the other or when used as a midi track only, sharing the cpu usage
they could incorporate Mutable engines and we‘re all good but only if they mention the work that Émilie did but imagine some warps algos on the fx/tape track
I think Ableton Live export (clips and preconfigured tracks for an obligatory usbc multichannel interface in the device) is probably the only thing that could get me to buy any more music gadgets.
On the other hand, I still have a 20% off voucher for the TE online store sitting around unused since when I made up the above requirement in the wake of the launch of the EP133…
Yanko is just people posting renders of concepts.
This post is nothing to do with TE.
btw jesper said “launch in two weeks” on his instagram six days ago, so dont get those expectations up for a release tomorrow. probably got another week
They saw this thread is a bit quiet so…
It’s a GIF that writes 1…1…1…4 (11/14) - Nov 14
Can’t tell if that’s a LED matrix or a knob matrix
11/14
Drawn out teaser are awful!
On the website front page, “Etwas kommt bald” has been replaced with “11.14.2024.”
Some hidden text in the email body:
some things arise from the dark.
Tenori-on it is!
It’s an e-reader with a metronome
Definitely something related to their new grip car 2, racing and perhaps a controller.
Thinking now that opxy really sounds like the up down left right features of a controller.
Scanning through ebooks using granular letter synthesis, crazy
I don’t like being teased
This seems to be what is in the latest teaser… I hope it’s not some sort of flip dot frequency analyser or something… or an alarm clock.
