Crayola box works for me perfectly (with a couple of self-adhesive foam strips)
Also, this looks good and is now 40% off on Amazon (the gray one - 50% off) -
Still run into this bug all the time which can be super frustrating. Hopefully fixed in the next update.
@te-david pls
Reminder: Don’t overthink KO2. Have fun. Keep it simple. Tbh… All you need is @SonWu sub to let the rhythm hit em with KO2.

And— Fanboy case
Hi, I have the same ground loop problem when I push the input gain (even very little). Did you find the solution or is it hardware related? The sampling with a ground loop frequency.Really not pleasant!
With batteries or my powerbank doesn’t change anything
Those are sick! Made by TE?
Both my friend and I purchased a Ground Loop Isolator.
Works like a charm.
Hope this helps.
Hi,
I would especially like to know if a normal symptom or are we isolated cases?
This can quickly become a deal breaker for me.
A link to this ground loop isolator?
I live in France, so here is an Amazon link but might not work great for you :
But really, any GLI will work.
Ground loops are just a (kind of) normal thing when it comes to electronic gear. It’s a fairly common thing one has to work around when doing serious production.
In the case of the EP133, it’s just the way it is. Same goes for the POs.
Have no ground loop problem with my EP-133 at all, neither with the main power source nor with battery packs. Dead quiet.
Barely heard anything about noise issues. If I crank the gain and volume up, I can hear plenty of noise, but it’s pretty much a non-issue with the volume I’m sampling in at. Is your input device loud enough?
No they aren’t official but probably should be. TE can but won’t make a case this nice and if they did it would likely cost more than KO2 itself.lol
I’ve notice the price has went up quite considerably to about what a decksaver usually costs. Personally I think it’s worth it because it offers total protection not just the top, also acts as a stand, has a carrying handle and a pocket inside for chords and such.
Highly recommended:
Gotcha. Brilliant concept nonetheless Hella want!
Salut, I am also in France .
I’m still looking to see if my unit isn’t suffering.
Thank you for the link !
I am referring to the input (sampling). When sampling put on headphones and increase the volume and input gain.
Hi Oish,
it is of course known that the input gain should be sampled at a reasonable level. On the Ep133 that I have by pushing the input gain to half and turning the volume at maximum, there is a very audible ground loop (not noise) like a spurious frequency
If you have the time to do so, send me a .wav file of any recording.
I can put it in rx10 and see if this matches my ground loop issue
I would consider one once they get the slider issues and firmware updated. I do not like to buy a beta release of new hardware.

Do you have an alternative to receive the wav file?
Thank you for your Help
