A nice feature would be for it to play the entire sample when you either use the +/- button on the device to scroll through samples, or through the online sample tool using the up/down buttons on the keyboard. Not sure why it just plays a second or so of the sample instead of the whole thing when you switch to it.

Can anyone helpe me figure out the midi channels/notes per pad in a bank? Iād like to sequence KO externally as a sound module

Just a quick update on my dealings with TE so hopefully if you order one, you know not order direct. I received mine on the 6th with a broken fader and asked for a replacement. Somehow it took to the 14th to receive a return label. The item was delivered on the 15th to their warehouse. Since then I have tried to contact them in various ways, every other day or so, and have received complete silence. Today I finally contacted my credit card company to credit my money back.
I understand its the holidays, but either donāt release an item before the holidays or at least have an out of office message. I keep receiving their promotional emails which are quite annoying since this is the worst costumer service I have ever dealt with outside of eBay.
Anyways, I do want one so Iāll stick with Perfect Circuit or Guitar Center once they are in stock.

Has anyone else been experiencing errors with the Ep Sample Tool? For no good reason, mine has stopped connecting to my device. tried different USB cables and ports on my computer, refreshed the page a bunch, switched on and of the unit. sometimes its connecting but when it does connect it wonāt load any samples. It gives me an error even though I have space. This all just showed up out of nowhere. very strange and frustrating.
@te-david any thoughts on this?
when it does connect you can see its showing the sample on the device but no samples showing in the browser.

O had a hell of a time getting mine to connect. Tried multiple USB cables, ports, hubs & no hubs. Eventually it just happened one day, I assume it was different shoes.

Tried it. FX plus 0 does a split-second loop/stutter effect on my unit. Still canāt figure out how to access tape stop. Maybe mine is malfunctioning?

The bank D crash I mentioned up thread seems only to happen in project 1.
Also the samples being muted (samples 2-7) seems like a bug too, I was able to unmute them by turning up amp volume, but they always returned to muted. So I downloaded the samples, deleted them, then re uploaded them and they are now fine.
Yes, ok. Thanks guys. More pressure on the #2 pad does slow it down but it never actually slows to a dead stop the way true tape stop effects do. I thought the K.O. II could do this. I assumed incorrectly. Iām still learning how to work everything. Having a blast in the process!
mine comes to a complete stop. Try pressing on just the very bottom portion of the #2 key. If it doesnāt completely stop you might have an issue with the key. are you on the latest 1.1.1 firmware?

Did you try another project? In project 1 samples in bank D donāt sound correct when played from pad but do when scrolling through list. Not sure if this is a bug or some setting, but when I switch to a different project, this and the other issues Iām having are not present.
Tried pressing on very bottom of the key. Slows down but never completely stops. Havenāt updated to latest firmware yet. Will do it tonight. Thx!
