I expect an ipad mini screen protector film and a scissors is the solution?
Anyone know if the plastic screen on the KO might not adhere as easily as an ipad screen?

The ones I have are hard plexiglass type. Iād like to find one thatās the thin film type that commonly comes attached to protect brand new music gear oleds, tv, watches, etc. If someone finds one that works well please link it.

My concern would be the adhesive on the screen protector reacting with the plastic screen. Could degrade the plastic. Iām not a scientist but I have heard of adhesives affecting plastic. Like you shouldnāt put stickers on your bike helmet.

yes, agree. A replaceable plastic clip-on plate would be best.
Iām trying to imagine how project backups would work on the ep-133. Iāve noticed just deleting and adding samples can take quite a while, especially when doing both at the same time.
Why are people excepting this device with all the hardware issues even if it is fun. Why dint TE add a couple more hundred and build it better not sure why they made this decision. I donāt see this device lasting and foresee a lot of angry customers. Just my opinion.
The issue is the packaging, which I believe is being revised.

Is the OP-1 screen cheap plastic too?
I tried it like 10 more times lol (until the 2 protectors were used up) but couldnāt put it on without having too many bubbles. Nevermind, i have a good case now that does not touch the screen. And i think i did read here, that TE sells replacement (display) parts as well? If thatās the case i donāt mind getting some scratches. Life should be easier when decksaver cooked something up as well.
I hope tempo syncād delay is an option in a firmware update.
Just a placeholder to revisit a year or more from now.
Opened mine up and desoldered the fader from the board. Itās an extremely cheap component and the brushes are much more delicate than I even thought. I do seriously wonder how long it will last, even with the brushes pushed where they need to be.
After putting it all back together with the brushes back where they should be it works as it should. Iād be somewhat surprised if they didnāt start using a different fader component. Outside of that, itās a solid board and built well. Just poor choice of fader.
I just started to play arround with velocity active a bit more and iām impressed how good it works with theālowā setting
if half your project isnāt getting wiped from a crash as soon as you start loving what you are working on than you arenāt using the KO II right. youāll know you arrived when it wipes critical parts of your project.
Do you have one?
So can you save or backup your projects via USB?
