Oof! Sorry that happened but appreciate the info. I have a feeling they will be selling a lot of the removable parts which I think is a great thing for the overall longevity of the product.

The screen scratches easily folks. Definitely grab a sleeve or case if you plant to be mobile if you care to retain its sexy appearance. However, if you do scratch it up itās good to know you can order another per @dzyndzel experience.

I feel like the screen is the type of plastic (acrylic maybe?) that you want to be careful what you use to clean it too, like certain chemicals could react.
but good to know that you can order an extra.
Some cut-to-size screen protector film should do well for screen care. I keep forgetting this was built with affordability in mind but an absolute beast of features.

Received my unit today, ordered directly from T.Eā¦ It was really poorly packed within a thin cardboard box, with only a few pieces of paper inside. I can see why a lot of units may get broken during shipping. The box of my KO II was slightly damaged in one corner but the unit itself looks fine. I did not put the fader cap on for now, so the fader is working fine, and also no sticky keys. I thought the pad velocity was screwed up at first, but then I read in the manual that you had to turn it on in the system settings. However the speaker does not workā¦

Drove 1h to collect my order due today as for information givenā¦aaandā¦ nothingā¦ my order is not there! 
I ask for informationsā¦maybe is late or next deliveryā¦ my contact goes straight to the Computer to check what is the issue and finds out that my order has been Diverted while on Transfer!! NEVER EVER happened such thingā¦ so I did demand a serious explanation as the order was confirmed Answer? a 2nd retailer asked the Main dealer for a unit to put on display and put pressure despite the 3rd unit ( mine ) was alredy on transferā¦ can you beleive it? I was extremely disappointed ( as you can imagine ) and lost all interest ā¦well at least did try to considering the next batch is due Mid Janā¦ my man at the shop called few people up and now the unit ( donāt know were they did open or just set the box with ALIā for display ) should be on his way to their original address and I demanded 10% discount plus a test on site for the working condition of itā¦ otherwise is a goodbye from me and money lost for themā¦ Iām a good customer so they had to try their best to fix this mess. speechless

Sounds to me like someone might have slid your retailer some extra cash to move up in line.
now a speaker fix, kind of bad design if it can slip so easy at least its an easy fix
