Lifkas Boiler Room live performance. Heavy use of Analog Rytm mki and Octatrack mkii besides TB-3 and modular. Great sound!

Actually Iā€™m about to find out what Eurorack setup he used and have made an incomplete rack on modulargrid. I would like to fill the empty space so if anybody knows some of the missing modules, youā€™re welcome :smiley:

Iā€™m amazed any of you can spot anything besides the TR-8s and the mixer. There is writing in the way. Also who is this? And why are they considered a techno artist?

Overmono. Itā€™s not techno as in the genre but techno as in ā€˜electronic dance music with a repetitive beat made with machinesā€™.

great vid, thanks for posting. always good to see people operating in proper live settings - it trumps bedroom techno every single time. and so good that BR was thoughtful enough to have that overhead camera angle!

I know some of the harder artists do / used to use a Elektron gear.

9999999 used to use OT and AR before they switched to a hybrid setup. BLSS and 6ejou both use AR and A4. Speedy J also uses OT.

Sheā€™s probably using the OT the same as everybody else

Long sample playback / manipulating external audio. ā€¦ filter sweeps / chopped up audio / fx fade in and out. / reverse . Or just typical sample sequencing.
