sadly i can not backup my sysex. it always shows global errors. i tried with midi ox and c6 both failed. is there anything i need to do? i already read the manuals from c6 and machinedrum but no help.
i dont have the tm1. rme fireface ufx2 is the interface i use on win10. machinedrum Sps1 mk2 (non UW) x0.5
I’d try to slow down data transfer…don’t know settings.

My Clarett interface was unable to complete any SysEx-related stuff. TM-1 worked like a charm. Consider grabbing a USB to MIDI interface like the Roland UM-One
i was able to send fw updates and kits to my md but not back. you think it could be the interface?
Could be, though less likely if it worked one way but not the other.
I haven’t tried MIDI Ox or C6, only SysEx Librarian, but I hear MIDI Ox is very reliable.
