I have all 3 since 2 months and no problems so far. And i had some very long sessions with them

Iāve had mine for about 10-12 days now, and so far no additional screen issues. It does not seem to be getting worse.

can you post a photo of the status of your screen?
I got mine back from repair today. The new display looks a little dimmer but itās hard to tell. Itās not as bright as the yellow display on my DN, thatās for sure. Both are on medium brightness, by the way.
Try to bring your syntakt on a shop that has one and compare ā¦
I received mine back from repair , all good screen wise , but the button are stiky while they werent when i sent it ā¦ i suspect that it must the fact that it was used , manufactured and put back on plastic back for another trip.
Support asked me for pictures of buttons lol like stikiness can be seen ?!!
Didnāt heard from them since ā¦
i must anyway that the support was exellent and fast for the screen , the guyz helpfull and patient .
If anybody has a way to take of this stikiness from button , i applied some talc on it itās better but not gone , i donāt have stiky hands by the way and temp here isnāt hot .

I would maybe by a buttons set but iām kinda scared of the process to take of caps ā¦(not for the caps but for the part reamining on board)
Thatās the fun with every repair: You get it back in a slightly different condition, e.g. with scratches etc.
Maybe in your case the faceplate is a little bit misaligned only and you could solve it via loosen the screws, move the faceplate some micro meters and tighten the screews carefully.
Mine came back without scratches or any kind of visible marks.

I didnāt refer to Elektronās service in particular but all kind of repairs, e. g. watches, electronic devices, bicyles, cars in general that came back with āhappy accidentsā.

When i say stiky is that the surface is stiky , i did notice also a shift of keyz rise one side (north ) and go down a little (south) witch could be related to what you descirbed ā¦
Bad luck, this is what my screen looks like right now as well. Iām sending it back to the shop for repairs

Digitakt II has the same flaw.
Same problem here with the display issue on my Digitakt II.
Hope the Elektron-support will come back to me soon, otherwise I use the āMoneybakā from Thomann.
I think I have the same issue, I got the ST about 6months ago and first sign of seeing any issues.
To confirm the lines can be different on different screens and I have noticed for short times the screen looks normal before going back to this effect.
Is it best to go through retailer or Elektron directly? Hoping I donāt have to pay too much for deliveryā¦
Same issue here on my AR mk2 after two weeks of use. I contacted Elektron directly yesterday, and today they sent me a label to return the device for a repair. So far they seem to be very reactive!
