Sync Transport Problems A4 t o Ableton 9

Hi there,

I’m new in this forum and I don’t find any past discussion about my issue.

I´ve an A4 and I’ve connected to Ableton Live 9 via overbridge. Although I can connect with overbridge all tracks and I record my songs, I can not sync transport and I have to sync manually.

I’ve read some discussions and some ways to config my A4 (Global Settings) and Ableton (Preferences/MIDI), but I can not get sync transport buttons via MIDI.

Someone have any idea about it o some past discussion to fix it?

Hi,

This works for me:

On the AF: Go to “Global” -> “MIDI Config” -> “Sync” and enable “Clock Receive”, “Clock Send”, “Transport Receive” and “Transport Send”

In Ableton: in MIDI settings, set “Track” -> “ON” for both the input and output ports, to which the the AF is connected. Also set “Sync” -> “ON” for the AF output MIDI port.
