Support ticket

Anybody having difficulties creating a support ticket? I have tried several times over a period of a couple of days. I already have an account however, it just keeps asking me to change password and I end up back at the start of the process. I have raised with a direct email to Elektron, but no response. My account information doesn’t seem to load properly either apart from my Soundpack purchases. Any ideas folks?

Worked for me last night. Even had an email waiting for me this morning with a response, which was much appreciated.

I Had the Same Problem a few years ago. Turned Out that i Had two Accounts that were competing. I suggest you call them on the Phone to sort it Out.
