so the title is saying it allready i hear the sound when i plug in my headphones but there is no sound comming out from the master channel.

Check Mixer settings, there’s a balance Main/Cue for head phones.
this doesent work everything looks as it should be
i even made an factory reset but i still have the problem…
The Main output is not working at all ?
What about Cue output ?

Have you got anything connected over midi? I had the exact same problem. Disconnecting the midi device or changing them project settings so that int+ext are selected should solve it!

yes i had my machinedrum connected int+ ext are selected.
i tried it now even made a new project but still not working.
when i plug in the headphone check to one of the main outputs i
hear it stereo when i dont fully plug it in, but when i fully plug it in i have on both L&R just sound on the left side.
when i’m connecting it to the mixer i have no incoming sound there
Ok so it’s not an Ot problem. Check your cables and your mixer.
@Zouaoui as @sezare56 said, since you get any sound at all coming out of the main sockets on the Octatrack (as you say you do via testing with headphones), you’re probably looking at a cables or mixer problem. Getting sound coming out of L channel only when testing with headphones is as expected; you’re inserting a stereo jack into a balanced socket sending out a mono signal.
For some further testing, see if you can get sound from your Machinedrum to your mixer. If this doesn’t work, either your cables or mixer are the problem.
Wow super strange i changed the cables now i have my sound back.
But the cables are working with other machines how ever
