How does the build feel? Similar to other sonicware stuff?

It’s smaller than I anticipated, but that’s a good thing. I’ve never used the Lofi-12 XT but I’m guessing it’s pretty much the same form factor as Cydrum.
The pads are good, they have a pleasant give to them.
The screen is very small and very busy, it will take some time to figure things out.

Had an hour on it tonight, just messing with the sequencer and parameter locks, I really like what I’m hearing, when this box falls into the right hands your going to hear some great stuff.
PS id of rather paid an extra hundred pound, get rid of the built in speaker and give us a large screen.

anyone planning to mod the battery compartment with a lipo cell or somink?
any idea how to do it?

I have been felled by illness the past few days, but will explore more ASAP. That said, so far, so good. Huge and fantastic preset library, parameter locking is easy and akin to Elektron. And it’s cute and small!

Really curious to see what people get up to with it… a lot of the demos leave me feeling it is a little more static than I would expect for this sort of IDM clang glitch drums. But yeah I really wanna see someone squeeze that extra 10% out of it. Maybe it just needs some extra cool fx on the back end.
It is very much dynamic. I found out that almost every parameter change can be recorded. Even the effects settings.

Does each voice have 2 individual effects? Or are they just send effects?
I’m not sure if I know the Cydrum well enough, but I couldn’t figure out how to link all patterns that share a kit. That said, I’m a total newb here and just having fun jamming away.
