This would be a synth that uses three motorized “rings” to interact with and generates sound in different combinations.

I know it’s not the 80s any more (*sad face*) but the pads on top of that drum machine would make it super awkward to rack lines up there…

Those rings are a thing of beauty. Just looking at them oozes meditative drones and pads.

I disagree with this. If you made those pads real smooth like, I mean smoother than Carlos Santana featuring Rob Thomas of Matchbox 20 Smooth, you could just dump somewhere between an eight ball and a quarter ounce on there (depending on the real estate available), spread it around, then scrape the excess onto your coke tray with your Diners Club card. What you have left are several evenly distributed lines of blow chilling between those pads just waiting to be insufflated. Brilliant design, really.
