How do you transfer OS update from C6 to AKeys? Do you need a midi converter in order to do this?
Just USB and in AK go to global and system and OS upgrade
That’s what I thought and did, but nothing happened when I dragged in the sysex file to C6 and hit send.
Did you check that the output destination in c6 is selected as AK?
I think you can also choose the upgrade on AK in boot mode. Never tried that but perhaps worth trying.

I had midi in and midi out selected at the same time. Once I turned off midi in, it worked! Thanks! This is forcing me to learn more about computers.
After updating my AK from 1.1D to 1.24, all of the track/sounds in my projects became messed up. The sequences and p - locks are still there, but the sounds changed …
