Insane! Great work! I’m not using samples that much but this may change now.
Can this app load waw samples into the MD without first converting to sysex/.sds?

Yep! It does the SDS stuff internally. Just drop in a sample and select the MIDI port your MD is listening to on the [Connect] panel, then the [Send] buttons will light up and hitting one will fire the sample or whole bank over to the MD:

Does this work with the TM-1?

I don’t have one so I’m not sure! It should work will all class compliant USB interfaces just by the nature of how WebMIDI works, but there’s no TM-1 specific code right now.
If it recognises the TM-1, you could try lowering the message send delay in the [Connect] panel and it’ll send sysex much faster 
On the topic, if anyone knows a reliable way to get a TM-1, please let me know, I’d love to personally confirm and optimise compatibility!

So no need to use the TM1 I guess. Just connect MD Midi In and Out to your Audio Interface?
