This may have been addressed already, but I didn’t figure anything out based on the searches in this thread.
I am trying to make an LFO period span 32 triggers. It seems I cannot get it to be slower than ~16 triggers. Anyone accomplished this?

i think the factor of mult and speed needs to equal abs(64)
e.g. Spd 1 Mult 64, Spd 4 Mul 16, Spd -2 Mul 32
just make sure you don’t retrig the lfo though
It would be great if there was smoother interpolation of the Lfo speed when sweeping from low to high if the multiplier is set to a high value.
Don’t really understand why they have it the way they do.
At least this is now possible with overbridge using midi automation of Lfo speed.
Thanks guys. It’s working. It was bit hard to get my head around
So speed and mult need to be a factor of the length of the triggers?
The factor of Speed and Mult is the only relevant number - let’s call it SpeedNumber
SpeedNumber = 512 / (number of beats)
so if Number of beats is 8 (your case)
e.g. 2 bars i.e. 8 beats : SpeedNumber = 512/8 = 64
1 trig = 1/4 beat : SpeedNumber = 512/0.25 = 2048
you can basically use the mult to musically subdivide or multiply the lfo whilst keeping sync to tempo
fwiw - the random LFO doesn’t cycle as such, but it changes value 16 times faster than a regular LFO cycles once
.
if a bar long normal LFO cycles once for 128 speednumber (i.e. 512/4)
then a random s/h style shape will change 16 times i.e. once per step
so yeah , you just set the Multi to x1 and the SPD -63 or +64 the closer to 0 on the SPD the slower the LFO . Thats on the Analog rytm and Analog 4/ keys .
