It’s not the first time I found myself losing all my progress when slicing a file.
I can’t really replicate the button combination yet but implies holding Function and turning C knob, as I’m auditing a segment of the file with Fn+Yes and fine tuning the start/end.
I’d know immediately when it happens as soon as I see the green slice color led turning into just one (I keep slice mode active before going to sample edit mode so I can go through them faster). The one slice that gets left behind will be the start of the audio file where I am at and the end of the slice will be at the very end of the file. I have to be constantly saving the whole project, so I can reload from my last snapshot if this happens but of course I’m not saving every 3 slices.
Is anyone familiar with this issue? I really want to replicate this so I’ll try to be back with better proof
