I just bought three packs and the presets aren’t showing up in the big list like they are in your screenshot. Did you have to do any additional steps to get them to show up? I’ve quadruple checked that the install file destinations match the included pdf.
I just fired off a message to support. This is not the simplest install procedure on Mac OSX.
