Today I was experimenting with shifting triggers using FUNCTION+uTime shortcuts and noticed that after moving triggers are loosing their P-Locks like they are staying on the same position and only trigger event is moving without P-locks. This is normal behaviour or it’s a bug?
are you on the latest OS? i’ll test some more today but everything moves for me including plocks (as they should).
1.02f
edit: not even close. bad test.
i’m not seeing this either on a trig basis or on a seq basis
ie TRIG + nudge
or
Fn + nudge
the plocks stay rooted to the original note they were attached to
.
maybe i don’t follow your point - could you post a clear repeatable example?
edit: nope. bad test.
Now I am a little bit confused, since yesterday after digging for some time I noticed that I had an LFO bounded to AMP decay parameter. But definetely the filter settings and loudness of the sound changed after shifting triggers to different positions. I ll try to check this with the new pattern and default kit today.
full micro shift either way with very obvious plocks made no difference to me - a simple repeatable demonstration (from vanilla) is all that’s needed to clear things up
i’ve tried this feature today and everything works well - triggers shifting with p-locks. dunno why I thought that they weren’t
@jbhelp i think i did the same thing yesterday and had an lfo on the pattern i was working with. it’s working fine.
