Just quietly shuffling gear around. Something very satisfying about it.

Yesterday I had an appointment at a new ophthalmologist’s.
I was a couple minute late so when I saw someone open the door, I just went behind them. Couldn’t see the ophthalmologist sign within, so I entered the patio to see if there was an entrance there.

Was trapped in the patio for 10mn as a result, as one needed a badge to go out. Powerlessness…

Turned out the ophthalmologist was in the next building.
Felt so stupid to explain why I was so late.

This little fucker showed up in my house tonight. It fought off my cat twice before I successfully moved it outside. Pretty sure it’s @Microtribe.

Nice.
Yes, I do Preying Mantis style (southern style).

We get preying mantises here too, last one I saw was in my Aloe vera patch, little green one. He’s claimed the patch as his own, and will fight anything that comes by. Including me.

I have never seen any skulls on gravestones yet. I once read that the skull is representative of Saturn and the Saturnian forces. It is the great transformer and does not represent life.

The forelast gravestone is also interesting. Sun and moon, gold and silver, which stands for consciousness (sun) and illusion (moon), left and right, Polaris above and the skull below. And the cross with its 4 ends, which represents matter from its 4 elements (fire, earth, air, and water). It is very symbolic of being spiritually bound to matter. For example, the upside down pentagram (Pentacle) means matter over spirit. Which we often confuse with the simple “star”.

Cool.

was hoping for some slow motion and see it grow tbh

Thanks but yeah, pretty boring. I could have made it more exciting! If I ever buy an external battery, I can also film for longer, like a flower opening in time lapse or a bee in slow motion landing on a flower. Most of the time is spent learning color grading to achieve a proper film look and the right motion rendition.

These two are the longest i filmed:
