Settings reset to default due to load problems

Just bought a heat mkii and as soon as I switched it on got the warning sign
“ settings reset to default due to load problems”

Guessing this isn’t normal and comes on every time I switch it on, updated the os the the latest beta and no help?

Any ideas? Or just exchange it?

EDIT:

ok so factory reset fixed everything including missing presets and for the mkii owners the button you press while turning on is the “on” button

Just bought a heat mk2 and the exact same thing happened me. Any idea how to get the presets? Wouldn’t mind trying some of them out

Press the “on” button holding it switch the unit on, you’ll be presented with I believe 4 options, choose “factory reset” by pressing one of the four buttons above the on button respectively to the number choice for factory reset. This fixes the issue
