I would like to set the default Trig note in trig page to match the scale or to set up at project level. Is it possible?
In the Personalize menu, you have Note Param that you can set to Scale. This way, the Encoder A will follow the Scale you have chosen.
For more infos, p.79 of the manual.

Hi Tchu,
Thank you for your reply. I want to change the fact that note starts always from C5.
Yes. Here is how you do it:
First open a blank project, now go to the trig page and change the trig note to your desired starting pitch, any midi note you want, go ahead and select it.
Next, save the project under the name “template” or any other name that you choose and then lock the project so that it cannot be altered.
Now, when you want to start a new project, open the project called template and set up whatever else you want and then save the project as a different name.
Your newly named project will always start with the desired note and the template project file will still exist for next time. You can always open the template project instead of the option for “new project” from the same list of projects you always access because the results will ultimately be a new project once you rename the save of the template file.
In your template file, it’s a good opportunity to set any other project settings that you will use every time such as: if you always use the inputs to the mixer for external gear; or if you always have a certain midi configuration. You can save any useful personalized configuration which normally has to be set up per project and store that in the template file so it’s all ready to go for you.
That’s how you do it. That is the way to make it work.
In regard to a correlation with the chosen scale, you would need to have more than one template saved with various root notes to choose from, because there is no feature to automatically detect your scale choice and link that to the trig page note.
Good luck
