Send all CCs to an external controller at once

I’m building a MIDI controller with Lemur for iPad.
I’ve added a series of useful controls, and it works well. Communication is bidirectional, so if I change a parameter on the iPad, it also changes on the Analog Four and vice versa.
However, when I change patterns, the controls don’t update to the new values.
Is there a way to have the A4 send all the parameters when I change patterns?

I may be wrong but I think the Octatrack is the only Elektron device that can do this.
