at min 25 (for example) … how do you make that? can anybody explain that to me? where could I find a tutorial? I would like to use my elektron gear for that, but also own Ableton Live9 …
I used to be big into that music 10 years ago and now I would like to create that…but all I find is house and dubstep tutorials
thanks for all input, help and suggestions
hmm… I always thought schranz, was german techno… but bpm very high… and lots+lots+lots+lots+lots of distortion… (Table-distortion, stompboxes, the works)
Like that lead sound… Take a short techno-bassline bleepie synth… and use your mixing desk to overgain it untill it distorts… and direct it to another channel on your desk…
so… put synth in channel1: gain it until it distorts… use EQ and all that.
but dont direct channel1 into mainmix… but use direct-out and plug that into channel2:
rinse repeat… by the time you get to channel3… you should have this weird fuzzy synth-sound… which you can sample
(old hardcore/gabberhouse producers used this method on their kicks) …
most examples i ever heard, where to fast for my taste… so i never really practiced on it… but it sounds simular to gabberhouse… So I wouldnt be suprised if you can use same production methods to get to that sound…
good luck
thanks for the idea … (could it be that easy
)
