(This track was already posted in AR2 first impressions thread but I thought it was off topic to ask for feedback there.)
My first go at a RYTM track:
One take recording. All sounds from AR2 synths, except for 1 (subtle) bass sound from Circuit Mono Station. AH and Eventide Space for a nice textural blanket on top of it all.
I love the character of the AR’s master distortion when blending tones. Taking elements in and out creates great sounding, organic effects.
I found it hard to judge the low end here. Too much sub bass perhaps?
Also, one commenter thought the HH sounds too sharp. I’m listening on quite high-pronounced monitors and headphones and I don’t find 'm too much. Yes, they’re intentionally a bit harsh though. What do you folks think?
