RYTM MK2 no factory samples?

Hi there! First time diving into elektron stuff. Picked up a used Analog RYTM MK2 in great condition but I can’t seem to see any of the factory samples. When I edit a sound on the sample page, the list is empty. When I go to global settings >samples>factory and look through the categories (trying to select all, etc.) everything comes as “0 samples selected” and I see no indication that there are any factory samples.

Were they deleted by the previous owner, am I not understand how to find them, is there a way to get them back?

Hold Func on power on and do a factory reset. Factory content should be restored.
