Rytm MK II Clap Issues

I am having an issue with the Clap trigger on my Analog RYTM MK II. Neither the pad or button is triggering the analog clap sound. I have the level turned up on the track, but I am getting nothing. If I go into the Overbridge app, I can trigger the clap sound with the button in OB but nothing happening with the pad or button on the hardware.

The pad and button will both trigger the sample for the pad, if I have a sample loaded there.

Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?

Check the trig page to see if its turned off for the synth engine

Thank you, you’re a legend! That was the issue. Must have toggled it off on accident.
