Starting this topic partially trying to figure out what I want to do by writing it out.
Im routing my DT through my DN for using DN’s master effects. DN out goes into AB in the OT. Cue OT goes out to AH in. AH out goes to CD in the OT.
T1 is a T for AB ( Vol Level?).
T2 is a N.
T3 is F listening to R3. R3 listens to T2 and makes a 64 step quantized recording of it on demand (ONE) that plays it back constantly.
T4 is S.
T5 is T for CD (Vol Level?)
T6 is N.
T7 is F listening to R7. R7 listens to T6, records 64 steps of it on demand and plays it back
T8 is M.

Scene 1 is the Output from T2. Scene 9 is the Output from T6.
Scene 5 is the Output from T3. Scene 13 is the Output from T7.
By muting all the other Tracks on each scene I want to be able to change between raw input from the DN, its playback loop, input from the AH and its playback.

Would I be able to hear on the headphones the output of a track that isn’t going out the mains so that I can change something and transit it slowly in now that I use the Cue outputs for AH?

Also what should the tracks and amps levels be so that I don’t blow my speakers and/or ears up?

Vol +63 for Thru playback page.
The only thing you can do with headphones is change the Main/Cue Mix in Mixer page.

No risks, if you don’t have a volume pot on your monitors, buy a mixer.

I understand I probably can’t have everything at once just trying to do as little routing changes as possible and being able to jam on live and record tracks efficiently at the same time. Also trying to figure out where would the best place for the AH be in this case. For mastering it stays at the end of the chain but I’m wondering what difference does it make if I want to be using it live for it’s effects - one setup AH being at the end and another being Send FX through the Cue loop.

For AH set as master, just send everything to CUE only, except AH return, sent to Main.
