So, I’ve only been messing with MIDI since 1986, but this little bugger is humiliating me!
Can anyone enlighten me on how to change the MIDI channel?
The “manual” (I use the term loosely) says hold WRITE and press LFO KEY TRIG to get into system settings. But that doesn’t get me to the MIDI channel settings. And that’s also the same key combo to restore factory settings! Arrrrggghhh, bloody Roland “manuals”!

Theres a trick…And I’m pretty sure its super simple.
Try turning this around. Hold down LFO key trig and then Press write… Roland can speak in reverse at times. I just did that and I think I’m in midi mode
Ok, I get it now. Roland abbreviated the numbers 10 to 16 to a single digit 7-segment display is super confusing. I’m there now! Thank you so much!
