You can’t save a patch. You can save a pattern with a patch, and then, if you want to recall it, you find that project and pattern and copy the patch from there.
Personally, I’d prefer it not to have any analog voices. I’d rather have 8 assignable ACB voices that can be used for either synths or drums. That alone would turn it into a killer machine. Oh, and add the System 8 engine, while we’re at it, but more modulation for it and for the ACB voices.

For the “digital engine” to only be pushing recreations of Roland classics would be a big fumble. No current-day MC should be without up-to-date Zencore sounds.

Yea the whole thing with their modern devices/sound generations is very convoluted, i saw it explained on GS recently and was confounded why it was so fragmented and confusing… Just roland being roland i guess.
