That’s really sad news. I remember he wasn’t well a few years ago. When he played with The Blockheads he added another layer of funk. RIP Wilko.

… but, apart from being an amazing individual and the template for any self respecting post punk guitarist this is an amazing watch whether you know him or not

Sad news. I remember discovering him via the Old Grey Whistle Test DVDs that came out probably 20 years ago (Christ!) and just thought “wow”.
Still, to get the best part of a decade after having been told he had 9 months to live isn’t shabby at all.
