Terrible news. I never knew him personally, but he was known to me through his presence on the Renoise forum and as the developer of Glitch, which featured in a few tutorials I wrote for Computer Music magazine. He contributed a “CM Edition” of Glitch for the magazine’s cover disc. His plugins were classics of the 32-bit days, and he represented so much that was good about the most enjoyable (for me, anyway) era of computer music production. A sad loss.
