Reverse engineering a preset pattern's notes

I wonder if someone could help me please as I am only a few pages into the manual (had the a4 for ages but got made redundant so cracking on with it now).

There’s a preset pattern I’d like to use as a bassline.

What’s the easiest way to examine all the notes in the pattern step by step?

I know there’s a main note value shown on the display, but I’d like to write out it’s score I guess, just to be sure I have the right key.

if you hold down the trigs one by one, they show their note value(s) on the minikeyboard LEDs.
