Reverb oddness/noise when sequencer is running

hi brain -please be gentle here, I’m quite the synthesis numpty:

I’ve created my first patch successfully and am happy with the outcome.
It’s a glockenspiel-ish patch and I added some reverb to it.
.

now my issue:

if I play it free with the mini keyboard everything sounds as desired and the reverb does its job more than well

if I place a few trigs and start the sequencer the reverb get’s contaminated by some noise (at pattern start) which bleeds into the reverb.
I figured it might be related to some envelopes or such thing but can’t find what’s causing it. I did reset the reverb to default settings and it still persists.
I also took some pad sounds from the presets with very long attack and am getting the same noise

could someone please explain how to get rid of this or what is causing it? please shed some light… many thanks!

are there any trigs on your FX track?

copy the reverb settings and the track sound(s) to an empty pattern and try sequencing again - you may be able to satisfy yourself about some inadvertent plocking and that there’s nothing amiss

sweet jeebus -yes! not sure where they come from, but mind you, I clearly don’t know what I’m doing…
I had trigs on every step and clearing the (fx) pattern fixed it
thanks a bunch Mr Void!

cheers avantronica - I 'spose that would have ‘fixed’ it too
… wonder what I did here

Too much tweaking in live record mode.
