Two months ago I sent my device (SPS1 Machinedrum) for repair in elektron usa
Before sending it, I was in close contact with someone named Mario, who gave me instructions to send my device.
Does anyone know what’s next? How long should I wait? A few days ago I contacted Mario again to ask him if they had any diagnosis or any news, but he has not responded to me. I also don’t want to bother him by sending him more and more emails. i know they are pretty busy
Could someone tell me their experience about it?

Lately I’ve got pretty negative experience with responsiveness - several of my emails (in the same topic) have been all ignored in the course of a month
i had my 335 repaired recently, he said 1 month for a neck break and its been two months and its still not done
